Playsignage is a platform used to display video and slides. I did the full-lifecycle project management on this, implementing it in the lab for keeping lab tenants up to date on outages, scheduled quarantines, what parts of the lab were off limits for testing, and improve workplace moral by including employee shoutouts of appreciation. This project was a huge push for reducing safety risks and preventing further engineering downtime in the lab. I did the physical setup for the Brightsign media players, setting up the platform, training the company on how to use it, and further integrating it as a tool for the rest of the lab.

• Led the full-lifecycle deployment of the PlaySignage digital signage platform across the enterprise lab, managing everything from physical BrightSign media player installation to software configuration.
